The aim of the research is the studying of sulfur-containing amino acids influence on carbohydrate metabolism and enzymatic processes in the rumen, namely: glucose level, the activity of the а-amylase enzyme, the rumen of microflora and microfauna, the concentration of short-chain fatty acids. Determining the status of specific resistance of the immune system of Hisex white laying hens under the influence of mineral feed additives "Anares-MD" and "Kormazinc-R". The methods of the research are physiological, morphological, biochemical, immunological and statistical. The results of the research show the positive influence of sulfur-containing amino acids methionine and cysteine on enzymatic processes in the young cattle rumen. They show a pronounced effect on such indicators of carbohydrate metabolism as the glucose level, the activity of the а-amylase enzyme, the number of indicators of rumen microflora and microfauna, the concentration of short-chain fatty acids. The using of mineral feed additives "Anares-MD" and "Kormazinc-R" to the main basic composition of the feed promotes the active increase in the indicators of immune resistance on 25,7% and 34,5% with infectious chickens bronchitis on 52,2% and 41,3% with the syndrome of decrease in egg production birds in comparison with the control.
