Research methods: Experimental research of processes on a complete design them at a stationary thermal stream. The experimental setting of the system of the air cooling is created with original tubular-costal elements, evaporated elements. Originality of the offered elements is in the use of sloping fins (air vehicles), presences in the tuberule of bar, with the spiral sending (evaporated vehicles). The method of their research is developed. Experimental researches are conducted. Preliminary information which confirm efficiency of elements in composition the refrigeration and heat-energetic's settings is got, advantages offered from point of power perfection as compared to traditional elements. The results of researches are designed as graphic dependences of coefficients of heat emission on the flowrate of air, specific thermal stream, attributed to the internal area of surface of heat exchange of pipe, power coefficient from specific power for moving of working body. Calculation researches are conducted on determination of area of surface of vehicle for condensation of aquatic steam from outward air, steams of FOM from mixture with air. Development of of principle construction of vehicle and his knots is conducted.
