The magnetic, magnetic-gravitational, magnetic-flotation schemes are developed. These schemes have allowed to reduce the toxic elements concentration on 60-85 %. Technologies of cheap binding materials production of a metallurgical waste using of fine crushing methods are developed. New technological schemes and the equipment for coal waste improvement and solid fuel production are developed. These technologies use as well coal waste as an organic component of a solid domestic waste. Constructive and regime parameters of equipment for deep processing of coal waste and solid synthetic fuel production on the units of a solid domestic waste cogeneration are determineted.
