General and specific features of seismic regime for each province are show up. The relations are development between the seismicity of large geological provinces of the Ukrainian shield (US), the Dnieper-Donets depression (DDD) and the Voronezh crystalline massif (VCM) and the deep inhomogeneities. Specialize complex models by type of data of the crust and upper mantle of the western part of EEP are constructed. The results of electromagnetic measurements are showed the availability of complex geoelectrical structure of the region of articulation DDD and VCM. The methodology and software for gravity modeling of deep structure of the crust and upper mantle are developed. Recommendations for further development of methods for active tectonic structures studying are developed. Recommendations to perfecting of existing geophysical monitoring systems and create new systems and particular seismic monitoring system of anthropogenic-laden basin of Krivoy Rog are developed.
