The main objective of the project was to study the influence of morphology on the percolation threshold, electrical and thermal properties of EPA methods of Differential Scanning Calorimetry, conductivity, X-ray diffraction, dynamic mechanical analysis. In the course of work differential scanning calorimetry, a method of temperature-modulation differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction method, the method of impedance spectroscopy, and the following equipment are used: - setting Perkin Elmera DSC-2 upgraded, equipped with software IFA Gmb, Ulm., - setting for the study of X-ray analysis DRON-4. The practical value of work is the possibility of prediction in the melt properties and structure of thermoplastics that can be used in the development of technological parameters of formation of products in polymer processing. In addition, experimental data can be used in IMC HAH Ukraine, NEC them. Drahomanov and other scientific and educational institutions involved in research and processing of polymeric materials. Today, composite materials based on intrinsically conducting polymers (or polymers with private conductivity (PVP)) and polymer dielectrics (AP) economically more valuable than conventional polymer composites containing inorganic electroconductive fillers such as carbon black, metal powder, etc. [1 ]. Unique electrical, optical, catalytic, anticorrosive, antistatic and other properties of PVP combined with high chemical resistance and excellent thermomechanical properties of continuous PD matrix do PVP / VP composites attractive as directly leading materials (ie, with conductivity in the range from several fractions to several C / cm). Using cheap enough PVP-type polyaniline (PAN) provides commercial fitness respective PD / PVP composites, moreover, appropriate choice of the matrix VP or PVP, dopanta enables not only to improve machinability of these composites in the dissolved or molten phase [1-3], but and distribution of particles (ie, the structure of the percolation network) [4]. Successful experimental criteria for comparison of PD matrix and PVP dispersed phase to optimize the relationship of morphology and performance for PD / doped PVP proposed Zibelmanom [5,6] and Venom [7]. Using the results of this study may reduce the cost of production materials, which basically have a thermoplastic polymer matrix.
