Using this technique strain values in different local areas of single crystals and polycrystals were determined. Algorithms and software were developed for treatment of experimental data obtained at structural diagnostics of superthin layers of single crystals before and after ion implantation as well as interfaces of heterophase nanosystems. Complex simulation of X-ray topographical patterns of defects (dislocations, dislocation loops and barriers) in crystals was carried out by numerical solution of differential equation system of hyperbolic type in partial derivatives that describes the processes of X-ray scattering on distortions of ideal ordered rows.
