Research object: cognitive processes in the structure of communication, cognitive mechanisms of regulation of communicative and interactive processes. Research goal is to develop a methodological framework applied scientific of foundations of cognitive psychology of communication. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical basis of scientific and applied bases of cognitive psychology of communication, which includes the conditions and principles of psychological practice to optimize the collaboration and communication, tool and methodological support, as well as criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the results. The Program course and methodological recomendations for course "Cognitive psychology of communication" for university students of psychology. Developed a number of guidelines on the practical application of cognitive psychology of communication, identify the most typical areas of joint activity, their variety and special functions of cognitive psychology of communication as mechanism for the regulation and the effectiveness of the achievements in these areas. Was develop criteria of the effectiveness for the cognitive communication and organization of heuristic-cognitive interactions of subjects of group activities. Novelty of this research is to develop a number of technological means for organizing and managing of cognitive communication of individual and group actors in solving communication problems. The results of a study are reflected in 29 scientific publications. The use: in conflictological practice and practice of training of specialists, who have responsibility for the optimizing the process of understanding, ease social tensions, search mechanisms and directions of social cohesion.
