There have been analysed the results of surgical treatment of 29 patients, 12 of which underwent Stoppa's hernioplasty with the use of polypropylene mesh, and 17 patients treated by the developed method using allo transplant Tutoplast (Germany). Suggested method of hernioplasty proved to be more effective (duration of the procedure is shortened by 20 minutes, it allows to reduce postoperative period by 1-2 days).
