It provides quick and accurate localization of a stimulating electrode and its probable dislocation both while implanting ECS and during remote monitoring. The first models of spatial sequence of ventricular agitation at postoperative intra ventricular conductivity disorders after myotomy and septal alcohol ablation have been obtained due to the system. The SPECKLE TRACKING echocardiograph method proves to be perspective for describing mechanism of cardiac contraction with different right ventricular stimulating electrode localizations and variants of intra ventricular blockades after surgical removal of left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction. This method has been found to be extremely important while stimulating different left ventricular localizations and bi-ventricular stimulation during resynchronization heart therapy.
