Anomaly behavior of vibrations of brightness and velocity on frequency of 5.3 mHz are revealed. A mathematical simulation demonstrates that reason of such anomaly is a reflection of waves from the high levels of solar atmosphere. The new, unknown for this time, stage development of solar flare is obtained. The 11-yeargalactic cosmic ray variation model is constructed, for the first time the parameters of this variation are calculated. Photometric monitoring of blazars, photometric observations for some asteroid of main belt where made.
