The novel CD150 isoform containing an 83 bp insert encoded by additional exon was identified. This novel CD150 isoform is expressed in malignant cells of central nervous system. It was found that CD150 expressing Hodgkin's lymphoma cell lines are highly sensitive to wild type measles virus and canine distemper virus infections that is prerequisite for they as a agent in oncolytic therapy of CD150 - positive tumors.
