Optimum compositions, methods of synthesis and prototyping of functional ceramics, which provided the maximum possible values of the coefficients of electromagnetic as well as resistance to radiation and ionizing radiation were developed. Ceramic samples of incipient ferroelectric SrTiO3, doped with Mn, Ba and Ca concentrations below 10% were researched. Investigations were performed using electron spin resonance (ESR), which is very sensitive for the study of impurities. Information about the type and characteristics of the incipient ferroelectrics impurities is particularly important because of their strong influence on the properties of these materials. The present work describes the results of studying the characteristics of the recently discovered impurity, namely, Mn2 +, which replace Sr2 + in SrTiO3. Prototypes KLT, KTN and SBT ceramics are made, as well as tests of their functional properties were carrying out.
