The purpose of research is to justify theoretically and improve the technology and methodology of future pre-school teachers and social pedagogues training under the conditions of credit-transfer system. The research developed, theoretically justified and experimentally proved the technology and methods of future pre-school teachers and social pedagogues training under the conditions of credit-transfer system. It is proved that the effectiveness of future pre-school teachers and social pedagogues professional training depends on the combination of psychological and pedagogical conditions of organization, scientific and methodological support of educational process in high schools. It is emphasized that professional training of the students will be more effective on condition of credit-transfer system implementation into the educational process. It should be said that the realization of mentioned above system demands the consideration of the identified psychological and educational features and implementation of future pre-school teachers and social pedagogues educational technology. The results of research work are realized in university courses, developed for the specialities "Preschool education", "Social pedagogy".
