Experimental and design data on the structure and properties of the thick films made of Ni3B (magnetoresistive) and SnxSb1-xO2 (strain sensitive) powders by a screen-printing method followed by heat treatment, and on electronic spectra of these materials and their evolution when deforming. Computer modeling of laser processing of BaB6-LaB6- and SnxSb1-xO2-based thick films is also carried out and isotherms of temperature distribution in depth are plotted. Recommendations on practical use of the obtained results are given.
