The construction of data bank the "Advanced Materials" ontology model is started. A direction of the development of the DB "Advanced Materials" information model is defined, i.e. an association of the insitutes scientific research domains ontologies. Programming environment for ontologies creation and association is chosen. MySQL DBMS is chosen as a primary tool for managing the "Advanced Materials" database. A hardware for the IPM database and the "Advanced Materials" database is purchased. The connection of data storage in the UAG Grid environment is currently carried out.
