We have analyzed the algorithmic approaches with the usage of Boolean, Bayes networks and information theory for the gene regulatory network modeling. The test computations were conducted in Grid environment with the help of Aracne, Banjo, GeneNe. The set of synthetic gene regulatory networks of different size is created and the experimental data for the reconstruction of gene regulatory network in liver cells were obtained.
