As a tool of modeling interrelations of non-oriented geometric objects and their complements, first a complete class of Ф-functions for circles and non-oriented objects: rectangles, polygons, circular segments are built. First Ф-functions for the n-dimensional convex polyhedra (n-polytopes), as well as their complements are built. A mathematical apparatus of Г-functions for the analytical description of covering objects and areas being covered is developed. On the basis of the developed tool mathematical models of optimization problems of placement of two-dimensional non-oriented geometric objects, packing n-polytopes, covering two-dimensional (three-dimensional) regions with rectangles or circles (parallelepipeds or spheres) are constructed. Methods for solving such problems more efficient than existing heuristic methods are developed. A number of problems are solved first in the world.
