It is first well-proven that at the offensive of women's pregnancy with a thyreopathy on a background autoimmune thyreopathy, replaced hormonothyreopy it is necessary to begin with 5 - 6 weeks of pregnancy, which will allow to reduce frequency of complications of pregnancy, prolong it to the term of births.
