The data obtained are much lower toxicity and higher antitumor activity than the free form of cisplatin. Clinical trials of the drug Lipoplat include ovarian cancer patients III-IV stage identified greater overall efficiency (90% vs. 70%) and antitumor activity in platinum-resistant patients. In patients with NSCLC stage III-IV in the application of liposomal composition-free survival was exceeded by 1.7 times. Marked by satisfactory tolerability liposomal forms of cisplatin and less overall toxicity in each successive cycle of chemotherapy. Key words.
