Aim - to develop and prove technology psychological training of the units of ground forces to act inappropriately. Research Methods. To achieve these goals research used a range of methods of theoretical, empirical and experimental research. Theory: Analysis of theoretical sources of psychological training of troops, abstraction and idealization, classification and systematization of theoretical and experimental data, specification of knowledge, induction and deduction; comparative analysis. Empirical: learning, assessment and prediction of psychological training of personnel in paragraphs (connections) of the Army Armed Forces of Ukraine, observations, interviews, questionnaires, interviews, expert evaluation, international experience, generalization of independent characteristics, the study results of training activities . The study used the methods of statistical processing of data, development and refinement of programs of academic disciplines. Experimental: Forming of the primary and educational experiments. Results of research: 1. The existing guidance documents on the organization of psychological training of the units of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and experience in implementing technology psychological training of personnel in the educational process was explored and the system of military and moral-psychological training leading armies of the world. 2. Theoretically grounded categorial-conceptual apparatus of psychological training the units of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 3. The components of the technology psychological training of personnel of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 4. Experimentally verified the effectiveness of implemented technology and psychological training of the units of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the educational process of the Academy of Ground Forces named after Hetman Sahaidachny. 5. The novelty of the work is theoretical development, justification and implementation in the educational process of the Academy of the Army technology psychological training of the units of ground forces.
