A research object is processes of management development of a transport industry and component systems them orgware. A purpose of work is development of theoretical bases, methodical and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of functioning of a transport industry on the basis of application of mechanisms of state-private partnership in a transport industry. A research method is a statistical and cluster analysis, approach of the systems. Analysed progress of a transport industry of Ukraine trends, certain level of efficiency of functioning of a transport industry of Ukraine comparatively with efficiency of functioning of a transport industry of countries of Europe, world experience of development of a national transport strategy of countries and practice of application of mechanisms of state-private partnership is studied in the world. The formulated own determination is concepts "state-private partnership", exposed aims and principles of partner co-operations of the state and private business, formulated advantages and risks of state and private participants of partnership, this description of forms and models of ДПП, exposed risks of state and private participants. Game-theoretical and optimization models are investigational and mechanisms management the organizational systems which take into account purposefulness of conduct of participants of project and enable to carry out the concerted and effective management the projects of ДПП. The offered general going is near the order of development of projects of ДПП on a transport. In particular, base principles of development of projects of ДПП and key aspects which must be taken into account during development of such projects are certain.
