The compositions of inorganic composites have been optimized, priority areas of their application have been identified. With the help of modern physical methods (NMR, EPR, Raman, FTIR spectroscopy) the elementary processes of interaction of different bioactive ceramics and coatings on its basis with living bone have been investigated. The methods of synthesis of composites made of bioactive ceramics and different polymers, the features of their behavior in the body have been studied.
