Simulation of their densification is carried out. Peculiarities of the rheology and dynamics for the porous materials densification versus their dynamic compression are established. The processing aspects for fabrication of silicon carbide-based materials with regulated structure, phase content and properties are studied that enables controlling the microstructure morphology.
