The purpose of research is developing proposals to improve the methods and means of combating the activities of economic entities with fictitious. For the purpose of the study decided the following tasks: defines the current state of anti fictitious entities; analysis of existing criminal cases and materials on refusal to initiate a criminal investigation to identify the features and drawbacks of anti fictitious entities; analysis of current legislation on this issue; studied relevant international experience; analysis of existing methodological approaches to combating of fictitious entities. The object of study is social relations that arise in the process of combating fictitious entities. The subject of study materials are practical elements of the State Tax Service, applicable law, legal doctrine, the relevant international experience against business entities with fictitious nature. Methods Chosen considering goals and objectives, object and subject of study. For the purposes of scientific research used dialectical, comparative-legal, formal logic, formal and dogmatic analysis, systems analysis, logical, legal and other research methods. Expected scientific novelty and practical importance The practical significance of the work determined that the key findings will help improve the effectiveness of anti fictitious entities and may be used in the development of departmental teaching and instructional materials.
