The subject of investigation - state statistical form of recording and registration the results of occupational studies, electronic types of the "card for recording occupational diseases and poisonings". Methods of investigations: epidemiological (descriptive and analytical). The dynamics of occupational morbidity in Ukraine for 2001-2010 have bee analyzed as well as factors, influencing its formation by branches of industries, regions, types of pathology, professions with account of sex, age, length of experience, availability of occupational hazards. The risk of formation of occupational morbidity in the working population in selected branches of industry of Ukraine has been defined, based of the analysis, according to types of occupational pathology (coal mining, metallurgical, machine building).
