Purpose of researches: to conduct the diagnostics laboratory methods of endo- and ektoparazytic diseases of pigs, cattle and sheep, to test of efficiency in a fight against them with help of medicinal antiparasitics, and also study and analysis the epizootic situation of leucosis and infectious diseases in young animal and their epizootological features. Methods of researches - are epizootological, analytical, clinical, history-statistic, serological and parazitological. Results of researches: there was conducted the monitoring of epizootic situation cattle leucosis in Europe on the base of OIE information, which showed that in last few years decreased the percent of countries, where registered the disease with clinical manifestation, and was increased the percent of countries, where register the disease by serological indexes. It is established that for IE SEF is characterize the sporadic show of leucosis infection. It testifies the existence in investigated herds the agents that is impossible to find out with RID. It is proved that among 2-6-monthly posterities of RID-positive cows find out the state of infection after maintenance of specific antiviral antibodies in the blood serum by three times more frequent, than from RID-negative animals. Application of 1% water solution of deltoks by the way of spray with the purpose of warning attack ektoparazites to animals it is established. During 2 months of supervisions after application of preparation the appearance of biting lice and louses not registered in cattle and pigs. Medicinal preparations (brovermektin, ektosan and trimeratinvet) at simultaneous application at the mixed pigs invasions had high therapeutic efficiency. EE of medications at askarosis and balantidiosis was 80%. At esophagostomosis, trikhurosis, sarkoptosis and coccidiosis it is 100%. IE of these preparations was accordingly 96,4%, 97,2% and 100%.
