Estimation of agro resource potential of the Southern Ukraine indicates a growth of average air temperature during the period of vegetation in 2011 by + 3,7oC, decrease of rainfalls by 54,8 %. At the background of the drought the usage of moldboardless tillage provided a bigger accumulation of moisture in the arable soil layer by 20 mm and increase of corn productivity by 0,29 t/ha, of winter wheat by 0,76 t/ha and the same level of the productivity of sunflower with at the mineral fertilizer back ground of N90 P90 K60 in comparison with a moldboard tillage.
