Purpose of researches - study of functional patterns of nitrogen biotransformations processes in the cycle-forming of biological interchange branches under the conditions of different levels of anthropogenic load on the agrocenosis. Investigation of nitrogen cycle features in the forest ecosystem, damaged by fire, and also - behavior of pair potassium - 137Cs in the conditions of nuclear pollution. Methods of researches - physical-chemical, biochemical, microbiological, gamma-ray spectrometry, bioindicational, statistical. Results of researches:specified the directivity and intensity of nitrogen transformation processes, and also criteria biogeochemical nitrogen cycle stability under agrotechnochemogenic and pyrogenic influence on the agro- and forest ecosystems accordingly. Is worked the methodical approaches concerning quantities estimation and verification balance of nitrogen. Applied aspect of this investigation to consist in the development of strategy forest ecocenosis management, which was undergo fire damage in meaning regulation of air emission and stabilization cycle-forming processes of biogenous elements on the soil-centric level. On a settlement basis indicative rules of cycle-forming processes nitrogen biotransformation performance statistically determined, that priority disorder factors of cyclicity and environmental capacity the nitrogen cycle in the agrobiogeocenosis are the fertilization and soil tilling modes, which is realized in farming systems; for forest ecosystems - to negative factors, which is lead to disbalance of processes nitrogen circulation - refer the forest fire.
