Creation and accumulation of elemental dumps are an out-of-control process. Work is pilot, and in case of positive results can be widespread on territories of all Kharkov area. Preparation to realization of work was begun with 2011 and made off in 2012 роке. As a result of implementation of work a method and assay in relation to realization of project of exposure of elemental dumps was worked out on the example of a few districts of the Kharkov area(namely Kharkov, Дергачівського, Золочівського, Вовчанського) by means of the newest systems of monitoring(to the pilotless aviation(БПЛА)). A method was also worked out in relation to the exposure of elemental dumps on the base of space to the picture of territory that is investigated, and his next analysis by means of cartographic packages. It is found and documented more than 337 elemental dumps(what have a volume more than a 1 cube.м) near-by the inhabited places on territory Kharkov, Дергачівського, Вовчанського and Золочівського of districts.
