The purpose of the study is improvement, conducting of acceptance tests and delivery to the Client of the prototype model of the complex with increase energy characteristics intended for the increase of debit of oil-producing wells and intake capacity of pressure wells by effecting the well-bottom zone. Upon the results of laboratory research, the schematic solutions of electrotechnical systems of the prototype model of the electrodischarge immersion device "Orion-1" of increased capacity are proposed and improved. The complex consists of two parts: surface and immersion. Operation of the device is possible in the mode of "charge-discharge" frequency range from 0.2 to 1 Hz, transfer of the multi-stage transformed energy by a cable line having length to 5000 m. In this device the digital indication is for the first time applied in the devices of that type (previously for these purposes the analog voltmeter and the pulse counter were used). In "Orion-1" the use of the digital control of electrodischarge complex operation and an option of its emergency stop is provided.
