The objects of research are reproductive function, gonads, biological active substances, gynesteinic complex. The aims of the work arethe determination of the distant consequences of the alimentary supply from the phytoestrogenic abundance and/or stress during critical onthogenesis period as for reproductive function both male and female rats for developing method of correcting of the possible reproductive health disturbances, the original substances and novel kathiazin medicinal form. The methods of research are physiological, morphological, cytological, biochemical, immunofermental, organic synthesis and analytical chemistry ones. It has been determined that supplying of the phytoestrogenic abundance, stress of taking off the mother or summarized activities of those factors during breast-feeding have distant consequences on the rats' reproductive function. The stressed male and female have got changed sexual behavior, decreased fertility and breaking hormone regulation of the estral cycles. There have been sexual peculiarities of the phytoestrogenic reaction. The decreasing of the estradiol preovulation peak and increasing of the mass lost of the fetal body have been determined in females. The males have inhibition of the sexual reactions and decreasing of fertility. The sexual distinctions of imprinting action of the simultaneous using factors have been found. The females have no disturbances of reproductive function, but males have distinctions of the sexual motivations, inhibition of the sexual reactions on the females, considerable decreasing of fertility. The violation of the sexual differentiation of the metabolic processes, as a result of the interventions during breast-feeding, has been determined. The necessary amounts of kathiazin and its analogues such as N-succinoylaminothiazolin, N-glutaroylaminothiazolin, N-3, 3-dimethylglutaroyl- aminothiazolin have been made. The kathiazin ointment has been developed, the methods of quality control have been grounded. The highest effective concentration and dose of the active substance in the ointment for spermatogenesis correction have been done. The method of obtaining levamizol analogue (PL-308) - hydrobromid 6-(4' - iodophenyl)-2, 3-dihydro-imidazo [2,1-b]thiazol via dehydration of the intermediate hydrobromid 2-imino-3-(4'-iodophenacyl) thiazolidin has been developed. The particularities of the Bidginelli's reaction with thiourea, salicylic aldehyd and ketons have been researched. The method of obtaining of the tetracycles compounds like 8-oxa-12-thia-10, 15- diazotetracyclo[7.6.1.02,7.011,15]hexadeca-2,4,6,10-tetraen with using of aminithiazolin in place of thiourea has been developed. The branches of using are endocrinology, andrology, pediatry. Product Description popup.authors 1. Карпенко Ніна Олексіївна 2.
