Proceeding from the Goal the following tasks were established: - to characterize the role of Political Culture for the Politics and the Political Science; to describe its verbal, semiotic component, and to formulate the basic notion of the discourse as well as the principles of the Discourse Analysis from their relevance and productivity perspectives; - theoretical investigation of the Political Culture system structural genesis; - characterization and description of the Political Culture state in Ukraine in the comparison with other post-socialist countries and the countries of developed democracy; - study of the Political Culture structural genesis in Ukraine during the Independence period; - preparation of the proposals on the purposeful formation of the democratic political culture in Ukraine; estimation fo the state of the Civil and Political Education and preparation of proposals on its development. Object of Studies: Political Culture as the concept and the main characteristic of the civil society. Issue of Studies: Processess and regularities of the formation (structural genesis) of the Political Culture in all its expressions in the transitive society. Actuality of the Studies is defined by the need to develop adequate and relevant mechanisms of understanding and explaining the current political processes in Ukraine. Novelty of the Studies: presentation of Political Culture - one of the central notions in the Political Science - as multiperspective issue in frames of the discourse approach.
