The aim of work - construction the theory of the composite fermions and metal-dielectric transition in 2D systems with Coulomb electron correlation, electron gas on cylindrical nanotube thermodynamic functions and collective excitations. Method of investigation - quantum Green functions, functional methods, Keldysh approach. The composite fermions and metal-dielectric transition theory in 2D systems with Coulomb electron correlation have been developed. Shubnikov-de Haas and Vise oscillations theory with taking into account magnetic breakdown is constructed. Temperature, concentration and other peculiarities of electroresistance in 2D Si geterostructures have been done. Electron gas on cylindrical nanotube thermodynamic functions: chemical potential, energy, heat capacity, entropy, magnetization are calculated. De Haas-van Alphen and Aharonov-Bohm types thermodynamic functions oscillations with changes electron density and magnetic field are obtained. The heat capacity of electron gas on the cylindrical nanotube surface with superlattice is calculated. The theory of magnetoplasma, Landau-Silin spin waves, zero sound on the nanotube surface with taking into account magnetic field have been constructed. The spectrum of these waves and their damping were determined. The received results assist the creation of new directions in the nanotechnology, objects of research are the functional elements of modern apparatures.
