Karazin popup.description2 Object of research - the state of autonomic nervous regulation of the circulatory system in conditionally healthy persons and patients with arterial hypertension. Methods of research - the state of autonomic nervous regulation of the circulatory system and the degree of optimization of its biofeedback self-correction, based on heart rate variability (HRV) and the management of the respiratory cycle frequency characteristics and structure. A biofeedback and self-correction computer complex of autonomic nervous regulation of the circulatory system for Pocket PC 2003 SE was constructed with pilot samples, based on HRV and management of the respiratory cycle frequency characteristics and structure. As the criteria for assessment of the regulatory systems state and control in biofeedback, based on paced breathing and HRV parameters, the following parameters are suggested: optimality (O), sensitivity (S) and efficiency (E) of biofeedback based on the distance from the physiological range in general and in projections on the coordinate planes L/H and V/(L+H) (the values that characterize sympathovagal and humoral-vegetative balance). Algorithms for finding of optimal paced breathing frequency starting from the physiological age norms and free breathing in biofeedback circuits are proposed. Biofeedback reproducibility in the circuit of paced breathing under HRV parameters control with persistent dynamics of the biofeedback quality index (BQI) is established, that allows to find for each tested person its own paced breathing parameters that he can follow to improve the regulation systems in future without special equipment. The use of biofeedback in the closed circuit of HRV and paced breathing in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) helps to achieve the better control of heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Positive dynamics of integral index BQI in the closed circuit of HRV and paced breathing in patients with AH indicate the presence of the effect of regulation systems training, and can be used in health and medical practices not only in arterial hypertension but also in other cardiovascular diseases Product Description popup.authors Бєлал С.
