The aim of the work is to determine the regioselectivity of reactions of selected unsaturated carbonyl compounds with nitrogen-containing nucleophiles, synthesis of non-trivial Gewald products; investigation of fluorescent properties of 3?hydroxychromone derivatives. New cyclocondensation reactions of different unsaturated carbonyl compounds (chalcones, aroylacrilic acids, arylidene derivatives of oxindole and Meldrum's acid) with nitrogen-containing nucleophiles are investigated. One-pot and cascade protocols for synthesis of new condensed azaheterocycles - quinazoline, azolo- and pyridopyrimidine are worked up, new ways of these processes are found. Formation of Z-3-(3-oxobenzo-b-thiophene-2-(3Н)?ylidene) indolin-2-ones, known as thioindigoid dyes, is studied; non-trivial formation of cyclic dimedone-based systems with disulphide bridges is investigated; ketenaminal-based processes and interaction of 5?methylazolodihydropyrimidines with chalcones under ultrasound are investigated. The procedure conditions of chemical libraries obtaining by three-component condensation of 1-(3-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)acetones, thioureas and aromatic aldehydes are worked up. The new 3?hydroxychromone derivatives, wich, by high quantum output of fluorescence and effective proton phototransfer in excited state, are percpective for making up of new effective fluorescent probes.
