The work aim is a study of features and physical mechanisms of considerable variations ionospheric parameters under the influence of natural factors. The basic results. Litosphere-atmosphere-ionosphere interaction through sequence of the primary and secondary phenomena is capable to cause consequences from regional to global even at action of local powerful phenomena such as strong fires, changes of atmospheric electric field near megalopolis. Variations of the vertical electrostatic field are accompanied by the changes in the field tension on ionosphere heights, that results in the changes of electron concentration. The changes of mesoscheric potentials difference between the disturbed region and remote district predetermine propagation of mesospheric plasma disturbations on large distances. 2. Moderate magnetic storms in transition from very quiet to the disturbed conditions can result in considerable changes in the ionosphere, which typical for the periods of strong storms. Such phenomena can substantially influence on the conditions of radio waves propagation. The analysis of simultaneous variations of litospheric, atmospheric and ionosphere parameters testifies to the presence in them of general periods in a 3 - 6 days, that testifies to the important role of planetary waves in litosphere - atmosphere - ionosphere interaction. 3. It is shown that litosphere -atmospheric electromagnetic processes develop not only in the zone of earthquake preparation but also far from her limits. The effects of earthquake in variations of VLF show up to strengthening of seismic activity, that creates pre-conditions for development of the systems of prognosis of earthquakes. The possible mechanisms of the phenomenon are considered. The received results are needed for perfection of empiric and theoretical models of ionosphere. They provide the higher level of knowledge about an environment and promote warning reliability of unfavorable conditions for work of the radio systems and human health. The work performances assist becoming of geophysical researches in the Ukraine as inalienable constituent of international researches of powerful natural phenomena. The results of researches will be drawn on at preparation of dissertation, in educational process by preparation of bachelors, specialists and master's degrees, at preparation and updating of lectures.
