A comprehensive study of joint influence of mechanical vibration, time-dependent magnetic field and temperature fluctuations on the stability of the free surface of an ideal nonlinear magnetizable fluid is carried out in the linear approximation. The features of propagation and reflection of waves of pressure and velocity in thick-walled viscoelastic tubes with liquid are investigated. For the helical flow of a liquid in tubes the experimental data are analyzed in details and theoretical models are developed. The spectral problem for small oscillations of a capillary liquid in a partially filled container with perforated walls is studied. General properties of the eigenfrequencies of normal oscillations of the liquid are established. A numerical method for the determination of eigenfrequencies and natural vibration modes is proposed. The stability conditions for the cylindrical zone of current-carrying liquid suspended with magnetic field are studied.
