The purpose of the work – to establish the fundamental regularities of adsorption phenomena, kinetics of electrode processes and phase formation during the electrodeposition of metals, alloys, oxides and composites based systems metansulfonatnyh electrolytes containing surfactant additives as an effective factor in the formation nanosturturnyh materials with predictable properties. Research methods - voltammetry, kulonostatichesky and impedance methods, potentiometry, quantum-chemical modeling, spectrophotometry, photocolorimeter, amperometriya, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray diffraction methods, the method of flexible cathode, the measurement of microhardness and anti-friction properties. Study the main regularities of the influence of the structure of the electric double layer and adsorption of surfactants on the kinetics and mechanism of electrochemical processes in metansulfonatnyh electrolytes. First obtained and systematically analyzed a set of theoretical and experimental data on the effect of metansulfonatnogo electrolyte, surfactant adsorption and mode of electrolysis on the functional properties of electrocatalytic and other nanakristallicheskih coating metals, alloys and materials metalkeramicheskimi. Formulated the principle of directional selection of surfactants for electroplating with the projected properties.  Usage area: DJ 28.51.0 – treatment and coating of metals; К 73.10.1 – research and experimental development on natural sciences.
