Purpose of work - to set conformities to law between isotopic composition of water and its physical and chemical parameters, and also to study influence of isotopic composition of water to forming of cluster structures in it . Research methods: laser diffraction under a small corner, method of weighing to find density, viscosimetry, stalagmometery, refractometry. Theoretical and practical results: comparison of properties of easy, heavy water and water of natural isotopic composition is conducted; the presence of clusters in water is set, their size and concentration is expected; the values of surface tension, viscosity, density, index of refraction for light water are got; it is shown light water is a new insufficiently known liquid, properties of which are different from water of natural isotopic composition. Novelty of research: properties and cluster structure of water, which differents in isotopic composition from natural, are not studied before.
