Parts of "Normative references", "The main regulations", "Terms and definitions of the main concepts" have been introduced and parts of "Structure of the complex of standards" and "Organization of the works for the standardization" have been revised. Terminology to correspond Ukrainian legislation as well as national standards has been proposed. Regulations of the standard are to be applied by bodies of executive power and local self-government as well as organizations and plants regardless of property form.
