In quality of main methods used: systematization of scientific material, analytical estimation, processing of scientific data and materials, input of the authorial scientific programs and technologies, field works from the capture of data on the basis of modern equipment, creation of the automated databases. Conception of creation of the regional complex and special monitoring programs on biodiversity, adapted to the regional information-analytical centers of monitoring of environment in the Azov-Black Sea region of Ukraine and a practical manual is prepared for the subject monitoring and users on treatment, maintenance, management of monitoring information, is worked out as a result.
