Purpose of work is to study the influence of environmental factors (including presence of heavy metals in the child's body) on hemapoiesis state, improvement of criterion for risk groups formations with hematologic and oncohematologic pathologies and improvement of effectiveness of medical and preventive measures aimed to reduce the frequency of this pathology. Research methods: clinical, morphologic, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, hygienic, mathematical. The state of hemapoiesis in children with anemias, leukemoid reactions and acute leukemias are studied and reasons for their development are identified. Criteria of formation risk groups with hematologic pathologies, taking into account the children's age, type of anemic states, changes in hemogramm, indices of iron exchange, and contamination level of territories are improved.
