Research objects: is psychical disorders and psychological features of persons which suffer oncologic diseases. Purpose of work: is development of going near the estimation of psychical and behavior disorders, researches of psychological features of persons, with oncologic diseases, decisions of their ability to realize the value of the actions and manage them. Research methods: clinical-anamnestic, clinical-psychopatology, social-demographic, psycho-diagnostic, expert analysis, statistical. The results obtained and their novelty. As a result of research conducted content analysis and comparative analysis of the concepts of "disability" and "disability to deal" of people with cancer. New data on the clinical structure, especially the formation, course and prevalence of psychiatric disorders in cancer pathology. It was found the main causes behind the validity of expert decisions during posthumous forensic psychiatric assessment. Detected expert approaches to forensic psychiatric assessment of mental disorders in oncopathology on syndromly level. The first set of expert significant neurological, oncological and somato-motivational and behavioral characteristics that significantly affect the ability of cancer to realize the significance of their actions and manage. Based on the data for the first time elucidated the structure of health criterion is impossible to realize the significance of their actions and manage the time of concluding the transaction by persons with cancer.
