A purpose of implementation of work is a development of theoretical bases of an increase of economic efficiency and reliability of forging-press machines: crank hot die forging- and cold forging presses, no-anvil hammers, processes of stamping of hollow wares, that development of methodology of monitoring of the stress deformed state of the weld connections on the stages of making. Algorithms, physical and mathematical models of calculation of parameters of no-anvil hammers and damper of under anvil vibration isolation, are developed, answering "DSN 3.3.6-039-99"; algorithms and computer program for the calculations of pressures, deformations and optimal parameters of technology of the combined drawing; method of estimation of the pressure-deformed state of the welded joint at the electronbeam welding on a concomitant x-ray radiation and methodology of monitoring of the pressure-deformed state and processing of the weld connections. On technical decisions, developed in the process of implementation of research work, 4 patents of Ukraine are got, 3 requests on inventions are given. Physical and mathematical models the decisions that are developed do not have analogues, because technical decisions are extremely new. Replacement of the foundations vibration isolation on the device of under anvil vibration isolation reduces prime cost on 50...60% from the price-list cost of hammer. The prime price of technology of treatment of the welded joint is lower on 25.30%. The developed devices of under anvil vibration isolation of steam-air hammers and technology of oscillation treatment of weld construction provide the requirements of state sanitary norms of "DSN 039-99" and has a slight influence on an external environment.
