The offered brakes, as compared to in-use in domestic industry, allow considerably reducing the dynamic loadings on steel structures and elements of drive gears of cranes. The charts of devices for the dynamic braking of the engineering objects of increased danger (on the example of loading cranes) are improved, which reduce the consumption of energy and dynamic loadings. Made and tested device for the dynamic braking of cranes mechanisms, allow to form optimum braking process, from position of reduction the dynamic loadings, fast-actings, amplitudes of swing of load and energy consumption. The charts of devices for control of parameters of process of braking of loadings cranes were constructed. The method of search of optimum characteristics of braking devices of the engineering objects of increased danger is improved on the generalized criterion, which contains the dynamic loadings, losses of energy and parameters of the productivity. The search of optimum characteristics of braking devices (dynamic braking and new shoe tree brake) of traveling crane is executed on the indicated method. Application of the found optimum characteristics of braking devices on the mechanisms of movement of traveling cranes allows to reduce the losses of energy on 15-18%, dynamic loadings on steel structures of cranes on 20-30%, amplitude of swing of load after the stop of crane - in 2,5 - 3 times. Conception is developed and a measuring complex is created for the leadthrough of experimental researches of braking devices of the engineering objects of increased danger.
