Research methods are an electronic microscopy, x-rayed spectrometry and diffractometry, mechanical tests, measuring of electrophysics properties. As a result of undertaken studies composition and technological terms of manufacturing of nano and submicrocrystalline vacuum pseudoalloys Cu - W and Fe - W, that are superior on a thermostability to a structure and properties of industrial and nanostructural materials on the basis of copper and iron.
