The work purpose: revealing the features of spatial-temporal behavior of helium and hydrogen ions in the F2-region of the ionosphere during the growth of solar activity under quiet conditions and during disturbances induced by natural factors. Research method: unique incoherent scatter method. The novelty: the unique regional features of the relative hydrogen ion fraction variations in the growth phase of solar activity are identified. Results of researches: new high-quality results are got about the relative hydrogen ion fraction variations in quiet and perturbative terms. Sphere of the use: the results of researches will form the basis of regional model of ion composition of the outer ionosphere and can be used for reliable calibration of the satellite measurements.
