The purpose of work - Development of physical approach to obtain amorphous and crystalline films by laser spraying of metallic and semiconductor targets in gas atmosphere, experimental study of growing conditions of films and investigation of conditions of the coherent crystallization of amorphous films, which is accompanied with the effect of transrotary structurization when ordering the atoms of amorphous phase.Using different methods (the laser condensation in vacuum, in gas ambience, thermal evaporation) on substrates under the temperature less then 450 C the fine semiconductor and oxide compounds were obtained. Physical processes and phenomena, which occur at structurization of transrotary nanostructures were studied with electron microscopy. The diagnostics of phase composition of amorphous films and conditions of their coherent (with formation of spherolites) and polycrystalline crystallization were carried out. The researces of transrotary nanostructures when ordering the atoms of amorphous phase and physical processes and phenomenas of such structurization were performed. Studies of phase composition and structure of CuInSe2 films - base layers of solar cells were carried out.
