An aim is development of theoretical bases of HTC catalyst synthesis, that doesn't contain sulphur compounds. Research methods: the x-ray diffractometry, thermal desorption, optical microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis. Researched were technological conditions of coprecipitation process of ions of Fe(III) are investigational, Cu(II) and Cr(VІ) at the use of chloride raw material and ammonium hydro-carbonate as precipitant and a process of HTC catalyst reduction on condition that hexamethylenetetramine is used as a restorative. The use of this catalyst allows to give up the valuable stage of de-sulphurisation. It also assists the decline of prime cost of a purpose product - ammonia.
