The purpose of this study is a theoretical concept of management development of solid-phase exchange reactions between the compounds of the subsystems of the multicomponent (Ca, Sr, Ba) O-Al2O3-ZrO2-SiO2 system, an experimental study of structure features of their subsolidus, optimization of the synthesis parameters of cements for special purposes with controlled phase composition, physic mechanical properties and high performance. Methods of research: the fundamental laws of equilibrium thermodynamics, the geometric-topological constructions, statistical calculations and modern methods of physicochemical analysis (IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, petrography studies). The novelty of the results: the conception which generalizes patterns and characteristics of the flow rates of solid-state reactions with the processes of phase formation and the formation of directional structure was created. This provides the necessary physical and mechanical properties and a wide range of performance materials. Research results: regularities and peculiarities of realization of solid-phase exchange reactions in subsystems of the multicomponent oxide systems were obtained and they are the basis for obtaining multifunctional refractory materials and concretes based on them.
